At Permanent Perfection Clinic, we are committed to providing you with the highest standard of care, safety, and expertise. To ensure a smooth, professional, and transparent experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review our clinic policies below. These terms have been carefully put in place to protect our scheduling, maintain our exceptional level of service, and ensure that every client receives the dedicated time and attention they deserve.

  • 1. Booking & Deposits To secure your appointment at Permanent Perfection Clinic, a strictly non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £20 is required. Your appointment is not confirmed until this payment has been received. When transferring your deposit, please use your FULL NAME as the payment reference to ensure it is allocated correctly.

    2. Payment & Remaining Balance Your £20 deposit will be fully deducted from the total cost of your treatment. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of your appointment. Once your booking is secured, we will contact you 24 hours prior to your visit to confirm your remaining balance, provide precise location and parking details, and share any essential pre-treatment advice.

    3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that circumstances may change, but as a busy clinic, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our schedule.

    • We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    • As deposits are strictly non-refundable, cancelling your appointment completely will result in the loss of your deposit.

    • If you wish to reschedule and provide more than 48 hours’ notice, we will happily transfer your deposit to a new date.

    • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your original deposit, and a new £20 deposit will be required to secure a new date.

    4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows To ensure the highest level of care and precision for all our clients, we operate on a carefully managed schedule. If you are running late, please notify the clinic immediately.

    • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled, as we may no longer have adequate time to perform your treatment safely. In this instance, your deposit will be forfeited.

    • Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”) will result in the loss of your deposit, and any future bookings may require full payment in advance.

    5. Health, Safety & Suitability Your safety is our absolute priority. All treatments are subject to a thorough consultation and assessment. The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if we feel it is medically unsafe, unsuitable for your skin/anatomy, or if pre-treatment advice has not been followed.

    6. Age Restrictions For all advanced aesthetic, injectable, and laser treatments, clients must be aged 18 or over. We operate a strict “Challenge 25” policy. Please do not be offended if we ask for valid photographic ID (Passport or Driving Licence) upon arrival.
